MakerBot , a 3D printer company owned by Stratasys just rolled out manufacturing work station the Method X. The new MakerBot Method X is designed to produce production-grade parts with ABS ( Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene ) and a 100-degree celsius heated chamber Powered by Stratasys® SR-30 soluble support, the new Method X is starting at $4999. The desktop 3D Printers has struggled to produce smooth, uncrackable and durable parts. To do it, engineers had to develop a workaround to avoid cracking and warping. Makerbot says the new 100-degree celsius chamber and production-grade ABS will help to produce parts with no warpings, no cracking and the chamber helps to produce smooth and better-finished parts than the leading desktop printers.
